How does commission work?

Commission is a percentage of the sale price, discussed and agreed with you in writing before your listing goes live. I explain it plainly at our first conversation so there are no surprises later.

How long does selling usually take?

It depends on price, condition, and the season. Rather than give you a generic number that may not apply to your property, I give you a realistic, current read at the free evaluation.

What if my house needs work before listing?

That is normal. At the evaluation, I tell you plainly what is worth doing and what is not. I only recommend improvements likely to earn back their cost.

Do I have to commit to anything for the evaluation?

No. The evaluation is free with no obligation to list or to use me as your representative.
