Navigate the Coast with me

Grey Bruce is home. My family moved here in 1976, I grew up on this coast, went to high school in Owen Sound, and came back to live here for good in 2014. Now I help buyers and sellers find their place along the same shoreline.

The Grey Bruce Coast

The communities I work across

This stretch of Ontario coastline is where I grew up and where I work today. Below is a quick overview of the communities I help buyers and sellers in. Read the area guides for the details.

Sauble Beach

The Anchor of the Coast

Eleven kilometres of white sand, warm shallow water, and some of the most spectacular sunsets in Ontario. Sauble Beach is one of the most recognizable cottage destinations in Canada.

Explore Sauble Beach

Southampton

Heritage by the Water

Where the Saugeen River meets Lake Huron. Tree-lined streets, a sandy beach, a working harbour, and a year-round community proud of where it lives.

Explore Southampton

Port Elgin

Family-First Beach Town

One of Ontario's fastest-growing beach communities. Great schools, a growing commercial core, a beautiful beach, and a town actively investing in its future.

Explore Port Elgin

Wiarton

Where the Peninsula Begins

Where the Niagara Escarpment meets Colpoy's Bay. Limestone cliffs, deep clear water, and a quietly compelling real estate market.

Explore Wiarton

Owen Sound

Real City, Real Value

A proper city of 21,000 with arts, a working port, waterfalls inside the limits, and home values still well below the GTA at comparable quality.

Explore Owen Sound

Bruce Peninsula & Tobermory

National Park Country

National parks, turquoise water, and the wildest stretch of the Niagara Escarpment. A specific market for buyers who know what they want.

Explore Bruce Peninsula

Georgian Bluffs

Rural Bay Shoreline

The rural township between Owen Sound and Wiarton. Country properties, escarpment views, and a sizeable stretch of Georgian Bay shoreline.

Explore Georgian Bluffs

Georgian Bay

Canada's Freshwater Sea

Thirty thousand islands and a long stretch of shoreline. Properties with genuine Georgian Bay frontage tend to hold their value well.

About me

Grey Bruce is home.

My family moved to Grey Bruce in 1976. I grew up here, went to high school in Owen Sound, then lived across a few countries and a handful of cities before coming back for good in 2014. This shoreline is where I belong, and it shapes the way I work.

I trade in real estate as a representative of Royal LePage Estate Realty, Brokerage out of Sauble Beach. I work closely with my father, Vince Artuso, the longest-serving REALTOR® on this stretch of coast before he retired. Vince stays involved as my advisor, which means every transaction I run is informed by decades of local relationships and market memory.

What I bring is steady communication, careful preparation, and a clear-eyed read on what is happening in each community right now. I am not the broker for high pressure or hard sells. I am the one you call when you want an honest answer.
