1. What this means in practice
The site is designed so that visitors can:
- Navigate every page using a keyboard alone, without a mouse or trackpad
- Hear page content through a screen reader, with images described through alt text and forms labelled correctly
- Resize text up to 200 percent in any browser without breaking the layout
- Read body text against page backgrounds that meet a minimum 4.5 to 1 contrast ratio
- Use the site comfortably on a desktop, tablet, or phone
2. Where we know there are still gaps
Real estate websites involve content sourced from third parties, and not all of it is fully under our control. Known limitations include:
- The live MLS® listing search, when activated, is embedded from myRealPage. We have asked the provider for their own accessibility documentation and will publish it here when received.
- The interactive community map uses OpenStreetMap tiles, which work well with keyboard navigation but offer a richer experience with a pointing device. A plain-text list of every community is provided alongside the map for users who prefer it.
- Photographs and descriptions of listings come from the original listing brokerage, and we display them unaltered as required by CREA and OPAR data rules. Where alt text is missing from a listing, we are unable to add it without changing the original record.
3. Giving us feedback
If anything on this site is difficult to use, please let Maria know. Specific feedback helps the most. A page address, a description of what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using will let us reproduce the problem and fix it quickly.

5. Reviewing our accessibility
The site is reviewed against WCAG 2.0 Level AA at least once a year, and again whenever a major section is added or changed. The next scheduled review will be noted at the top of this statement when it is published.
