My family moved to Grey Bruce in 1976. I grew up on this coast, went to high school in Owen Sound, then spent years living across four countries and a handful of cities before coming back for good in 2014. The Bruce is where I belong, and it shapes the way I work.

I work closely with my father, Vince Artuso, the longest-serving REALTOR® on this stretch of coast before he retired. Vince stays involved as my advisor. That means every transaction I run is informed by decades of local relationships and market memory that no one else on this coast can match.

My father, Vince Artuso, has been a fixture in Sauble Beach real estate for over thirty-five years. He sold homes here when many of today's buyers were not yet born. Long before I had a licence of my own, I learned from him what it actually means to look after a client. Show up early. Pick up the phone. Drive the back roads. Tell the truth, including the parts a client may not want to hear.
When I came back to Grey Bruce in 2014, Vince was my first call. He has been my advisor on every transaction since. The standard he set is the standard I work to.
